As in any Family, there are rules that must be followed in order to make things run smoothly. The
brotherhood of the Bounty Hunters is no differant. It is also said that to every rule, there are exceptions, and for the most
part that is true. However, there are some that just can not be broken. Please keep that in mind as you read through these
laws set down to us by the powers that be.

There will be no SPYING for another realm.
- 1st offence will result in an investigation. if you are found guilty you will be removed from the guild
and reported to a CSR. Keep in mind that you can lose your account for this type of action.

There will
be no begging, either for money or for power leveling. It is ok to ask, but if you are told no, do not keep asking.

1st offence will result in a warnning.

2nd
offence will result in a demotion in Guild Rank.

3rd
offence will result in removal from guild.

There will
be no profanity in either Guild Chat or Alliance Chat. There are children that play this game too, so if you feel the
need to to use profanity, do it in a privet tell.

offence will result in a warnning.

2nd
offence will result in a tempory demotion in Guild Rank.

3rd
offence will result in a permanent demotion in Guild Rank .

If you remove something from the Guild Vault, you must replace it with your old item. As of now, there
are 2 vaults in the guild house. Vault #1 is open to every one to use, and Vault # 2 can only be accessed by a Guild
Officer. You may view the items in Vault #2, but you must get an officer to remove it for you.
EXCEPTION: If you do not have a replacement item, you will need to get an officer to assist you.
They may choose to let you have the item with out a replacement, but you must get their permission first, or else it
is concidered theft .

When in a
group, you must listen and do as the group leader instructs. If you should disagree with him/her, state your objection in
a privet message. If you can not work out your differances, DO NOT argue with them, but rather, bow out of the group in a
respectful manner.
REMEMBER: You are tagged as a Bounty
Hunter, and your actions will reflect upon all of us as a whole.
Your Rights

You have the right to be heard. If you
are accused of breaking any of the Guild rules, you have the right to tell your side of the story.

You have the right to appeal any decision made by a
Noble or a member of the Court Council. However, you will be responcible for gathering all the facts and the witnesses that
are need to make your case.

You have the right to speak freely without the threat
of any retaliation.

You have the right to express your opinion.

You have the right to mediation to settle disputes.
-
The mediator shall be chosen by the one that is defending.

Only a Noble or a member of Royal Court may serve as
a mediator.

If you feel that bias effected the decision, you may
appeal that decision to the Royal Court. Note: To overturn any decision, will require a majority
vote by the Royal Court.

If the dispute involves a member of the Royal Court,
a GM from our Alliance may serve as a mediator. In this case, the non Royal Court member will have the right to chose
the mediator reguardless if he is defending, or the one makeing the charge.

Any Alliance decision will be final.
